Cancellation/Refund Policy

Wedding /event deposits or payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No cancellations or changes can be made the week of the order, MUST be the week prior to your order date. Store credits may be given for signature cakes only and full refunds is at the discretion of the manager only. Please note that if the cake has been consumed there will NOT be a full refund issued. It is our aim to always offer excellent customer service. We will always offer what is fair to give our customers satisfaction.
